We are displaying some lovely interior accessories, cushions, throws, storm lanterns, interior design books, contemporary coastal artwork, cards, books about Northumberland - all available for purchase, as well as some of the wallcoverings, wallpapers and carpet samples we use in our coastal interior design schemes in our cottages. Our normal office hours are weekdays from about 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. We don't tend to open over the weekend and sometimes if the weather is nice or we have children to collect from school, we close early and work from our laptops and blackberries! We have been known to run the office from the beach!
Sometimes, if we are in a meeting or if there is only one of us in the office and we are already talking on the other telephone line or serving a customer, then you will find the answerphone switched on. We will get back to you very quickly though)
If you'd like to make a booking, you can do so in the following ways;
- Make your booking online and pay with your debit or credit card. This will automatically block the date off for you to ensure no one else can take that date. We are notified immediately and can personally send you a confirmation. This is the quickest way to make your booking. For special offers though, the system normally cannot account for these reductions and so we will be unable to credit you with any discounts at a later stage so it may be better to call or email us to make these last minute bookings or special offers
- Call us to book over the phone and to make your payment or deposit over the phone with your debit or credit card
- Email your dates/chosen cottage along with your address, tel and mobile numbers, no in your party and where you found out about us. We can email you or call you to confirm your booking and to take payment over the phone
- If you are staying in one of our properties and need to urgently contact us, please email (if you have your laptop with you) or call or text 07799 451545.
