How to use the calendar to check availability
Use the forward (>) and back (<) arrows alongside the date bar at the top of the calendar to move forward and back months and years.Dates marked in Red are already booked.
Dates marked in Green are available
Dates marked in Yellow are the available start dates
Please note that our 7 night breaks start and finish on a FRIDAY. Our short breaks start on a FRIDAY (3 nights from Fri-Mon) or a MONDAY (4 nights from Mon -Fri). To select your holiday date, click on the start date shaded yellow.
For bookings of 7 nights of more, please contact us directly, as we currently cannot process these bookings on-line! You can e-mail us at info@coastalretreats.co.uk or call us on 0191 2851272. We will be happy to give a small discount for bookings of 14 or 21 nights
We can take cheque payments or you can pay by credit card for your holiday. Please make any cheques payable to Coastal Retreats and send to Coastal Retreats, 45 Moor Cres, Gosforth, Newcastle upon-Tyne, NE3 4AQ
For credit card payments, we do add a 2% fee to the price of the holiday and any extras that you purchase at the time of booking (flowers, wine etc).This just covers the fee levied on us by the credit card companies.
TO MAKE A BOOKING
Please select the duration of the holiday, 7 nights or a short breakUse the forward (>) and back (<) arrows alongside the date bar at the top of the calendar to move forward and back in months and years.
Click on the yellow date that applies to your chosen holiday and this will lead you to a booking form. Please complete the booking form with as much information as you can and press send. You will get an automatic confirmation of your booking and we will be informed of your on-line booking straight away. We will send you a personal e-mail as quickly as possible to confirm again that your booking has been processed.
