Head towards the Northumbrian Coast through the village of Denwick. From here you should look out for signs to Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle. Travel for 3 miles on this road, before leaving this road as it sweeps to the left with a right turn signposted Dunstanburgh, take a right and then a left turn heading past Lee Moor Farm.
You are now on Windyside Hill. Follow this road for 1 mile until you come to a staggered crossroad. Cross the B1339 by turning right and then immediately turning left rejoining Windyside Hill. Pass through the railway crossing and follow this road for 1.5 miles until you come to a crossroad. Go straight ahead passing the Craster Tower and the small garden centre on your right, going through the stone castellated archway.
Continue down the hill until you reach a T junction. Turn right and follow the road into Craster. Stay on this road driving down into the village until you see the sea. The Craster Retreat is on your left hand side with parking directly to the front of the house. It's the one with the solar panels on the roof. You can't miss it!
