Marram is one of our larger apartments in this architecturally exciting seafront development of luxury harbourside boltholes, @ The Viking. Designed to state-of-the-art Scandinavian specifications using timber, stone and slate, to harmonise with the surrounding coastal architecture, The Viking building offers contemporary apartment accommodation unrivalled on the Northumberland coast.
All of our six apartments have been awarded a 5 star grade by the English Tourism Council/VisitBritain for 2010. In addition, they have all be awarded a Gold Award
Situated on the first floor, Marram offers open plan living accommodation with a balcony off the living area. The decor marries cool coastal tones with bold colours and stripes giving the apartment a modern, luxurious feel. Internally the furnishings meet the highest of specifications throughout, with the added convenience of private parking,stair and lift access and the use of a communal seafront garden.
The interior design scheme has been created by County Life Interiors in conjunction with Coastal Retreats.
Free unlimited use of the nearby Ocean Leisure Club is given to all Marram guests so, whatever the weather, you can swim, spa and soak all day!

Children at Marram
More suited to older children or babies due to lack of outdoor space but still warrants our 3 starfish award. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. The central location of Marram and our other apartments, make getting around easy and children will love being so close to the beach, harbour and crazy golf!
Location and Locality
Great central location within Seahouses within a stroll of all amenities and on the seafront. Leave the car in the carpark for a few days and explore the area by foot, bike or boat
Recommendations
One or two couples, up to 4 singles or a family wishing to take advantage of the apartment's central position for the beach, restaurants and the Ocean Leisure Club
