This popular cottage represents everything a beach holiday should be. Beach Hut exterior, cool coastal interior styling and just minutes from arguably Northumberland's best beach -  Bamburgh.

Beach Hut it may appear from the outside, but inside, in true tardis-like fashion, the space takes on grander proportions both in size and in character. Designer wallpapers and jaunty nautic al accessories define the decor and the highest quality furnishings and appliances ensure that a stay here will feel like a truly special holiday.

Children at The Beach House

No less than our highest 5 starfish rating for this children and parents' heaven. Gardens, play equipment and the beach just across the dunes! Tthe Beach House is accessible to the castle and all the village amenities just a leisurely 8 minute stroll away. The main attraction for children here is the large play equipment in the rear garden.

Location and Locality

Enviable location, within walking distance of the beach and just a few minutes' stroll from the centre of  Bamburgh with its castle and many eateries and small shops

2 families, groups looking for a prime beach side location or a larger family looking for a particularly spacious seaside retreat. Perfect for wedding parties at Bamburgh Castle

Coastal Retreats Candid Comments (Giving you the only down sides we can think of about a property before you book!)

Parking only for 2 cars. Additional cars must park in the beach car park or on the main road. Set back off the main road into Bamburgh, road noise is not an issue but you need to cross the road to get to the beach.

Mobile reception is impossible at the Bamburgh Beach House and in Bamburgh generally

Not quite as beautifully renovated as some of our other properties hence no Gold award (yet!)
