Returning Guests

We're proud to have so many of our guests coming back to us time and time again. Some of our regular families have had four or five holidays with us. They in turn tell their friends about us and so by word of mouth, our business seems to organically grow!

We like to encourage our guests to make return visits and so we can offer a 5% discount off your holiday if you have booked with us before. Shortly we will have a facility on the online booking system which will give our return guests this discount but in the meantime, if you'd like to take advantage of this 5% reduction, then please either e-mail us with your booking request or give us a call.

If you are a returning guest and opt to make your booking on-line, our system will recognise your e-mail address and bring this to our attention so we can then take your 5% discount off.(This cannot be done if you opt to pay by credit card at the moment - sorry). If you wish to pay by credit card then please give us a call and we can take your payment over the phone and give you the discount. Please note,  we do levy a 2% handling charge for credit card bookings made both on-line and over the phone but there is no charge for debit card payments.

We have a special offer at the moment aimed at returning guests who would like to stay at our popular 2 bedroom property Glebe Cottage at Tughall Steads. We would like to offer our returning  guests a 10% discount off any booking at Glebe Cottage. This is a limited offer so hurry!!!
