As we head into 2016, the popular destinations of Bamburgh and Craster again look set to win hearts this year particularly with our new Retreats of Mr & Mrs Smith’s and Harbour Lights. We are already excited by the changes underway at Smuggler’s Hide in Beadnell and grow increasingly fonder of our family friendly cottages at Tughall Steads as time goes by. Their brand of delightful and luxurious homes that everyone can enjoy just keeps getting stronger.
Bamburgh Five is a regally-styled apartment overlooking Bamburgh Castle and sleeps four.
Harbour Lights is our latest Craster addition, sleeping eight. A Retreat where chilling is definitely on the menu whether that be on the decked balcony with sea views or in its hillside garden.
Also look out for City Quarters, our new Newcastle City pad, sleeping six. Just 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
These places all fit the definition of cool whether its their on-the-beach location or their unique design from hanging fireplaces to bespoke bunk beds. The Pavilion, Beadnell Beach House and Craster Rocks have their own slice of sea or sand to enhance your stay.
North Star House has an interior straight out of the pages of a magazine, where every fabric and furnishing has been carefully thought out. We especially love the bespoke bunk bed.
And Salt Air is a chic, coastal styled apartment where couples or families would feel at home.
Our cosy Retreats are firm favourites. Families or friends return to them year after year for their classic qualities of luxury and laid-back fun. There’s always something for the kids and pets are welcome at many too.
Try pet friendly, The Wood Store (sleeps 6) or Budle Haugh (sleeps 4). Escape to the Borders to couple’s Retreat Tweedswood or to the picturesque village location of The Alnmouth Boathouse (sleeps 2). Either of these Retreats are perfect for a romantic getaway.
Nook End or Seascape are great child friendly getaways for all ages from toddlers to teens.
