Pets at our Retreats
We welcome dogs at a number of our Retreats. You can find these by clicking the dog friendly search criteria on the Find a Retreat page and then indicating that you wish to bring a dog on the check out page. An additional charge of £30 will be added to your booking at this point to cover the extra cleaning required on your departure.

To ensure all our guests can enjoy their stay at our Retreats, we ask you to adhere to our house rules when bringing a dog away with you:
– Both the property and the gardens should be kept and left clean and undamaged.
– Pets are:
Not allowed on any furniture
Never allowed in any bedrooms
Not to be left alone in the property
Not to be allowed to create any kind of nuisance to neighbours.
Out and about in Northumberland
All of Northumberland’s beaches are dog friendly, except on Ross Back Sands during the seabird breeding season from May to July. Dogs are also welcome onto land at one of the Farne Islands, Longstone, although they are not allowed in the lighthouse. At Bamburgh Castle, they are permitted in the grounds.
Please ensure you keep your dog on a lead in protected landscapes and around livestock.
