Bookings are able to go ahead for two household groups or a group of up to six from more than one household.
From 19th July 2021, the UK Government plan is that all social contact restrictions will end, and multiple households may holiday together once more, subject to review.
Please check, before booking, that your party meets the Government criteria as per the information above.
If you have a holiday booked with us:
As the majority of holidays can now go ahead, please log into your account page two months before your stay to pay your balance in the normal way.
If you are holidaying with more than one other household or with a group of more than six people from different households, please note that it will now be 19th July 21 when all restrictions may be lifted.
Once your balance is paid, the arrival details for your cottage will appear in your account. We will be sending you revised arrival and departure times to accommodate new cleaning procedures and some new advisory notes for your stay including a Track and Trace form for you to complete.
Our cancellation policy
In the event of another government lockdown, or local lockdown, we may be able to offer date changes or credit notes for new bookings, less our £35 admin fee, but please note we won’t be able to offer any refunds, so please make sure you take this into consideration should you wish to make a future booking during this period of uncertainty.

How we are making our Retreats safe:
Please be assured, for all bookings, that whilst our standards of cleanliness have always been the highest, our cleaning protocols have been amended and refined in line with latest government guidance, and more, so that everything in our power is done to ensure the safest of stays for you and your party.
We have prepared a full risk assessment along with a respected risk assessor and all of our cleaning teams will work to these and VisitBritain guidelines. We have secured Visit England accreditation to show that we are doing all that is expected to open our accommodation up again – ‘We’re Good to Go’ – which has also been recognised by the World Travel and Tourism Council as meeting international global standardised health and hygiene protocols.
We will advise you before your holiday, of the steps we have taken to ensure your property is cleaned, disinfected, dry fogged and made safe for you. Our standards are very high in normal times so please rest assured we will be taking the safety of our guests and our staff extremely seriously and will be doing everything we are asked to do and more.
