Dog friendly cottages

Northumberland has so much to offer dogs and their owners. From its miles of coastline – welcoming to dogs, all year round – to the picturesque valleys, waterfalls, woodland and hills of its National Park. There are many places you can explore together, as well as some great dog-friendly pubs, ensuring your holiday not only meets your requirements but those of your four-legged friend.

Our Dog Friendly Retreats

We know holidays are not the same if you have to leave part of your family behind, which is why we have a number of holiday cottages on the Northumberland coast, which welcome dogs and are places that you will equally love. Most of them are within walking distance of the coast, or just a short car journey away, and some have large gardens, or great nearby walks. And just because they are welcoming to dogs doesn’t mean that we’ve compromised on style. They bear the hallmarks of our other Retreats – tasteful design, high quality linen and well-equipped kitchens.
